What is your exchange policy?
Please note that we do not offer direct exchange service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to receive a different product, we invite you to return your purchase for a full refund (excluding calibration certificates). We will reimburse your product (s) by its total value on the account initially used during your purchase. To make sure you receive the desired product as quickly as possible, we ask you to make a new purchase at your convenience.
Please note that you must return the item (s) that you wish to be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt. The product (s) must be unused - in their original packaging with intact protective labels and stickers - and always in the same new condition as during their reception. The products purchased directly on our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made.
If you have paid or received customs fees for the item (s) you want to return, please contact your local DPD or DHL office to find out how to receive a credit or a refund, respectively.
The offer of any product purchased during a campaign period will always be honored if you wish to receive another article instead. Please contact us for more information, we will be happy to help you.
