How to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
Situation n ° 1: your order is not yet shipped
We annul your order and proceed to an immediate refund (excluding products with calibration certificate).
Situation n ° 2: your order is shipped
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will contact our expressist and request that the package be reached towards our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, make a full refund on your account and inform you by e-mail.
How to modify my order?
Once the order is placed, we cannot modify the products ordered or the quantity selected.
In this situation, we suggest that you contact us and cancel the incorrect order (Excluding products with calibration certificate).
Thereafter, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired items on our website at your convenience.
How to change my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
In the event that we could not process the change of address directly in our system, generally because the package has already been shipped, we will have to contact our carrier to request a change of delivery address.
In order to help you more, we would be very grateful to provide us with the following information:

Please note that a change of address will increase the delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay due to a change of address requested by a customer.
When will I receive my order?
We ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse treats your order the next working day. It is then collected, wrapped and shipped. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail notification containing your follow-up information, as well as an estimated delivery date.
Please note that orders placed after 11:00 am (HNE) are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. The packages are neither transported nor delivered on weekends and local holidays.
Although we always try to have our orders delivered in time, we recognize that the unpredictable is inevitable. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France.
